Healthcare City (DHCC) was launched in 2002 by the UAE Vice President, Prime
Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al
Maktoum, to meet the demand for high-quality, patient-centred healthcare.
